There is a period in Tromsø, Norway, when the sun never rises beyond the horizon. The Sami People of this area know it as the “Blue Time.” It's an eerily magical time in which whales frequently flock to the fjords for herring fishing, allowing guide Jeff Allen and his guests to get up close and personal with nature.
