Outside's Zero to Hero package has a lot of history. For years we've made our writers and editors step outside their comfort zones in order to learn a new sport for the sake of fitness, and they've done everything from rock climbing to cage fighting. This year was no different: our editors were tasked with learning ballet, caving, competing on American Ninja Warrior, and becoming a downhill mountain biker. Click play to watch senior editor Jonah Ogles's transition from zero to downhill hero, and read the full story here.
