Photographers Hamish Waterhouse and Hannah Chisnall purchased their van, which they’ve named Mowag, to travel across South America. After stumbling upon Fiesta del Asado, an annual barbeque festival in Cholila, Argentina, they were inspired to cook up this meal on the shores of Parque Nacional Los Alerces in Patagonia.
